Avatar: Fire and Ash's first box office projections have arrived. Expectations are sky-high for the threequel after the first Avatar (2009) made $2.9 billion at the box office and still stands as the highest-grossing film of all time, followed by the long-awaited sequel, The Way of Water (2022), which grossed $2.3 billion, good enough for third all time.
