Drop has passed a box office milestone. The Blumhouse thriller, which was directed by Christopher Landon, stars Meghann Fahy as a woman named Violet whose first date with Henry (Brandon Sklenar) goes horribly wrong when an unknown villain sends drop files to her phone that threaten her son and demand that she kill her date. Critics' reactions have been largely positive, earning it a Certified Fresh 84% Rotten Tomatoes score alongside an 80% audience score.
