Kabam has unveiled its plans for the eighth year of Marvel Contest of Champions, which includes a Spider-Verse-inspired Civil War event. Since its release in 2014, Marvel Contest of Champions has taken inspiration from various Marvel media, be it comics, movies, or TV shows for many of its events, as seen with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in 2022. Kabam's 2023'narrative roadmap seems to be continuing this trend while also offering up some new, completely original arcs for the mobile fighting game that are sure to please Marvel fans.
