RLJE Films has released a trailer for the upcoming action crime thriller titled Section 8. The movie stars Ryan Kwanten (True Blood) and Dolph Lundgren (Creed II), and the movie follows a former soldier who, after avenging the murder of his family, is sprung from prison and recruited by a secret organization that he ends up fighting against.
The movie was directed by Christian Sesma, and it also stars Dermot Mulroney, Scott Adkins and Mickey Rourke. The synopsis reads:
After avenging the murder of his wife and child, a former soldier is sent to prison with a life sentence. He’s given a shot at freedom when a shadow government agency recruits him for an off-the-books assignment, and he soon realizes Section 8 isn’t what it seems.
The movie will be released in theaters and Streaming on AMC+ September 23, 2022.
