Controversial 90 Day Fiancé star Natalie Mordovtseva has found herself in hot water again, and this time around, it’s for running a giveaway on Instagram which fans think is a scam. Since relaunching her IG page after her season 8 comeback, Natalie has created quite a few scandals, ranging from questionable cooking videos to bizarre photoshopped selfies. Recently, Natalie, who’s supposedly separated from her 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? husband Mike Youngquist was also dragged for flying without a mask during the pandemic. But Natalie’s latest social media strategy seems to be landing her in more trouble, as fans are now asking her why she’s advertising a scam.
As per rumors, Natalie has been living her best “Single Life” since leaving Mike a few months ago. When Uncle Beau claimed that Ukrainian 90 Day Fiancé star Natalie now lived in Seattle, her followers on Instagram had already seen her spilt with Mike coming. The bold recipe videos were filmed by Natalie in a kitchen that wasn’t Mike’s and certain fans claimed that in a window reflection in one of her New Orleans trip posts, they’d seen her “new mystery man.” Amidst these suspicions, Natalie also got herself liposuction, despite which fans caught her using a filter to look thin. The 90 Day Fiancé star not following COVID-19 protocols was how Natalie disappointed her fans next.
But then, Natalie Mordovtseva’s next move to grow Instagram followers has also come to her at a cost. Natalie used a strange filter in a video 90 Day Fiancé cast member has now deleted, and announced her “first giveaway ever.” Mike’s wife showed off a “beautiful, original” Gucci bag and an iPhone 12 to her fans, which they could also take as cash if not okay with the prize. “I promise you, this is the real deal,” said the former actress and journalist Natalie as she asked her 169k plus followers to “follow everything” that an account she’d tagged follows to participate, and that the winner would also get a personal “congratulations” from her.
Natalie then uploaded a photo of herself holding the purse and the iPhone 12 after deleting the video. And then weirdly, she deleted it again to replace it with the one that’s currently on her feed. However, plenty of 90 Day Fiancé fans were quick to tell Natalie that they were not gullible enough to fall for her alleged scam. On the deleted post, Natalie got comments such as, “No thanks, I’ll buy my own,” “I swear this sh** is all lies” and “this is a scam.”
The current post also has agitated TLC viewers telling Natalie how she might just “lose all her fans to a SCAM” by being ignorant, with one even confessing, “I had to delete my message because my phone said this is a scam.” Each of 90 Day Fiancé celeb Natalie’s posts never misses drawing flak, and this giveaway is also ticking all the boxes for fans. Whether Natalie is earning by doing such contests can’t be confirmed. But if Natalie really has moved on from Mike, resorting to such means of money-making might just backfire for the 90 Day Fiancé star.
