Bridgerton: Where The Main Characters Would Take A Date On Valentine's Day

Sadly, fans will have to wait an undetermined amount of time before they will get another season of Bridgerton. However, given the first season’s success, it's no surprise that a season two is already confirmed. One of the best things about the series is that it’s very campy and fun and that it is much sexier than most other Regency-set stories.

There is a lot of romance, with everyone either trying to get married, trying to get a family member married, or trying to avoid marriage, and fans definitely have their favorite character they can’t get enough of. Since the series is focused on relationships and romance, it’s fun to imagine what the main characters would be like if they were in our time period, going on a Valentine's Day date.

10 Siena Rosso: A Private Stroll At Night

Siena might have to work hard to find security in her world as she doesn’t have the family background or money to be secure. She has to take care of herself through her opera career and also try to find a man who can protect her as is the reality of the world she lives in. But, really, she would just want to spend some one on one time with the one she loves. She would like to be loved for how she is, not just for her looks.

9 Colin Bridgerton: To The Valentine’s Dance

Colin Bridgerton is the most naive and innocent of the Bridgerton brothers, and he has a good heart. He’s overall a good person, but he’s not the most complex of characters either. He would likely think going to whatever dance or social event that was going on was the height of romance. However, he would try to make the night good for his partner and do whatever they wanted.

8 Marina Thompson: Would Rather Skip The Whole Thing

Marina Thompson has one of the most tragic storylines in season one. She is pregnant by a man who she thinks has abandoned her, and then she learns that he has died. So, her heart ends up broken and she agrees to marry his brother for the sake of security. But, the truth is that she’s not going to be over him given the tragic circumstances. She would likely not really be interested in anyone else.

7 Lady Danbury: To Her Own Gambling Party

Lady Danbury is definitely one of the best characters from Bridgerton. She’s intelligent and witty and tough, and she would be great to hang out with on a date. If someone is looking for a fun time, she would be a great bet because she doesn’t actually take things too seriously.

She would take her date to one of her parties where they would get to drink and gamble and actually let loose for once in a society that is usually so buttoned up.

6 Benedict Bridgerton: A Raunchy Art Night

Benedict's story is all about finding out who he really is and searching for freedom. Luckily, since he’s not the oldest brother, he has the ability to do this... to an extent. He would definitely want to show off the secret art nights he found out about as he would want to impress his date with his edge and cool factor. And, truthfully, it would be a fun and raucous time.

5 Eloise Bridgerton: To The Library

Eloise is a character that many fans really like, and she’s definitely not about romance. She’s someone who loves to read and doesn’t want to be forced into a relationship and into the gendered expectations of her society. However, whether she liked her date just as a friend or something more, she’d rope them into whatever she was reading or researching. For the right person, this would be magical... but for others, it would be the opposite of romantic.

4 Penelope Featherington: To Spy On People For The Society Papers

A date with Penelope could go one of two ways. On the one hand, she wants romance and everything that goes along with it, so she might want to go to an elegant ball and have delicious food. However, on the other hand, she’s also smart and cunning and would want to share the truth of herself with a partner.

So, if she liked and trusted someone enough, she might let them in on how she learns everything about everyone else around.

3 Anthony Bridgerton: To The Opera

Anthony Bridgerton has a long way to go before he makes a good romantic partner. His treatment of Siena was horrible, and he is still confused about the kind of person he wants to be and the life he wants to build. So, at least for now, he would probably take a date to the opera where he would be watching his old flame, Siena. This would make for a truly horrible date, especially if his partner figured it out.

2 Daphne Bridgerton: For Tea And A Walk

While Daphne might be the main character of the series, she’s not the most complicated or intricate when it comes to her life approach or her hobbies. And, truthfully, there’s nothing wrong with this. She is smart and is great at a witty conversation, but she’d probably keep things simple with a small tea time and a walk through nature to talk about all the latest gossip and issues with society.

1 Simon Bassett: An Intimate Dinner & A Sexy Makeout In The Rain

Simon might resist romance at first, but he ends up falling hard for Daphne. So, at the end of the day, he can’t resist falling in love when he finds the right person. Given how handsome he is, it wouldn’t be hard for him to woe nearly anyone, so he wouldn’t even have to do much. However, he is a rich Duke, so he could impress his date with an elaborate but intimate dinner followed by a makeout scene worthy of the show.
