Spy x Family has become incredibly popular in a relatively short time, which is no easy feat. The acclaimed action shonen manga has set itself apart from others by integrating lighthearted and funny plot points and casual scenes that celebrate simplicity and the Forger family's shared moments. However, although these happier instances do exist in the series, the author, Tatsuya Endo, has urged fans not to overlook the darker, more disturbing elements that are definitely present in the story.
