There were a few problems with Jon Snows resurrection in Game of Thrones, and I look forward to seeing how The Winds of Winter fixes them. In particular, theres one long-running - and compelling - theory about how hell return in George R.R. Martins sixth A Song of Ice and Fire book that gives me a lot of hope it will be done in a much better way.
