Ridley Scott discusses the one editing mistake he made with his 2005 historical epic after bad reviews. Scott’s epic take on Napoleon, starring Joaquin Phoenix as the notorious French emperor, is currently in theaters everywhere. But that film is not Scott’s only foray into the realm of historical drama, as in 2005 the director went even further back in time for an epic movie about the Crusades.
