Courtney A. Kemp (in collaboration with Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson) created Power, which debuted on June 7, 2014, and quickly became one of Starz's most successful television shows. The 2014 crime drama series ran for six seasons before ending in 2020, and by then, the cable network was not ready to let go of one of its most popular shows. As a result, Starz ordered a spinoff — Power Book II: Ghost — and two other series tied to the original show soon premiered on the network, as well. Since four television series exist in the Power universe (and not all of them are sequels to the first show), the order in which to watch them can be a little bit confusing.
