Raquel Leviss hasn't filmed for Vanderpump Rules season 11 following negotiations that were discussed for her to return. The SUR waitress caused a lot of drama last season when she was caught having an affair with Ariana Madix's boyfriend at the time, Tom Sandoval. After Scandoval happened, the entire Vanderpump Rules friend group turned on Raquel and haven't been in the same room with her since the reunion.
