The Star Wars prequel trilogy introduced the world to Darth Vader’s tragic history, but it wasn’t until Star Wars: The Clone Wars happened that audiences were truly able to fully appreciate Anakin Skywalker’s character. The series ran from 2008-2014, with a final season coming in 2020. Covering the time between Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones and the end of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, the show provides a much clearer idea of what Anakin’s personality and experiences were like as a young adult.
