New details about the King of the Hill revival are teased by 20th Television Animation exec Marci Proietto. The sitcom, created by Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, premiered on Fox back in 1997. During its run, the show generated a strong fanbase and award recognition, winning multiple Annie and Primetime Emmy Awards. Known for poking fun at everyday life, King of the Hill followed propane salesman Hank Hill (Judge) and his family residing in the fictional town of Arlen, Texas. In addition to Judge, King of the Hill featured the voices of Kathy Najimy, Pamela Adlon, Johnny Hardwick, Stephen Root, Toby Huss, and Brittany Murphy.
