The DC Universe has a wide array of dangerous assassins and mercenaries. While some heroes have also taken up the bounty hunting game, it's mostly contract work from some of the most lethal crime bosses in this groundbreaking comic book landscape. Each of these bounty hunters has a specialist set of skills that aids them in the field.
Thanks to the DC Universe being home to magic, aliens, mysticism, and vigilante law, there's a variety of reasons as to why a bounty might be claimed. It could be something simple as an owed debt or as complex as someone meddling with time or skipping through the Multiverse without understanding the consequences.
10 Lobo
Lobo, SyFy's main man, may have begun his career as a straight-up villain in the DC Universe but has quickly morphed into an anti-hero. He is one of the comic book company's most well-known bounty hunters. He is completely obsessed with completing contracts and won't stop until the job is complete.
He is hugely entrenched in the bounty hunting world and will take on any role. While he does operate with some moral integrity, for the most part, there's very little mercy to be shown once he has his eyes on a target. His incredible strength, durability, and power set enhance his chances of catching his cosmic prey.
9 Saint Of Killers
The Preacher line of comics is also owned by DC and has crossed over with the main timeline on a number of occasions. As part of the Multiverse, therefore, Saint Of Killers is another despicable bounty hunter that DC's heroes should certainly be fearful of.
Known as God's Angel of Death, the character is sent to Earth to receive the souls of those who don't belong in the mortal world. He's a bounty hunter unlike any other, balancing reality itself so that society may continue. He is fashioned after a classic Western bounty hunter.
8 Breacher
Cisco Ramone is used as comic relief and a source of memes for the most part in The Flash. However, he has been a valiant hero and acted as a catalyst to bring in characters like Breacher and Gypsy. Breacher works throughout the Multiverse, catching criminals trying to escape their ultimate fate.
Breaching between worlds, Breacher is a veteran of the game and has a wide variety of skills at his disposal. Once he has locked on to a target he is completely relentless. While the comic book version of the character doesn't share many of these traits, the Arrowverse iteration is a dangerous hunter.
7 Gypsy
Speaking of these Multiversal bounty hunters, Gypsy followed her father's path and also operated in the same industry. Known as a Collector rather than a bounty hunter, the reason for both Breacher and Gypsy's roles is based around Earth-19's ban on interdimensional travel.
Gypsy and Cisco's separation was one of the most heartbreaking in the Arrowverse, after her tragic murder, but while she continued to work as a Collector, Gypsy demonstrated a strong will to get the job done. Her own portal powers once again aided her tremendously in the field.
6 Deathstroke
Deathstroke has always been portrayed as a mercenary. In his many on-screen appearances, comic book roles, and even video game showcases, Deathstroke has demonstrated that crime lords will always enlist his services first. He is a complete professional and can complete a contract efficiently.
Deathstroke has taken on plenty of bounties throughout his career. Most notably he has hunted down Batman on a variety of occasions, although of course is rarely successful in taking down the Dark Knight. Slade Wilson has no problem taking in his victims alive or dead with his impressive array of combat skills.
5 Black Flash
Another bounty hunter who seeks to balance reality itself, Black Flash is a speedster unlike any other. Portrayed almost like a grim reaper, the Black Flash hunts down speedsters who have abused the Speed Force in some way or meddled with time where they shouldn't have.
Black Flash is the last line of defense and is faster than most other speedsters. Barely a living creature, the speed demon is completely driven by his mission. With his ability to travel anywhere in time or space, there's really no escaping the fate of Black Flash.
4 Jonah Hex
Jonah Hex is heavily linked to the Western genre, which is well known for capitalizing on the bounty hunting profession. Hex has carried many roles with him over the years, from outlaw to sheriff and indeed bounty hunter. In the old west, there can be some peculiar contracts to fulfill though.
With his horse, his wit, and his sidearm, Jonah Hex has faced off against some mighty challenges in the bid to collect his winnings. Hex's honorable code means that he operates with enough moral integrity that only the sinners should be worried about being hunted.
3 Tallulah Black
Tallulah Black comes from exactly the same world as Jonah Hex. As an ally, former lover, and capable warrior in her own right, Tallulah Black is one of the most feared bounty hunters in the whole region. She boasts an impressive array of skills.
Much like Jonah Hex sports some significant facial scarring, Tallulah Black has also been damaged by battle. Nonetheless, she pursues her targets in a completely fearless way. She eventually retires from the profession after becoming pregnant with Hex's child.
2 Merlyn
The Arrowverse has boasted an array of complex villains with varying fighting sills but the Dark Archer, Malcolm Merlyn has been a thorn in the Green Arrow's side. In the comics, however, there are a couple of characters who the Dark Archer is inspired by, included the talented Merlyn.
An assassin and archer in his own right, the comic book Merlyn has been hired to carry out plenty of grizzly tasks. Amongst them is to hunt down the bounties of crime lords who need their debt paid. Another professional, Merlyn finds himself in league with other mercs like Deathstroke often.
1 KGBeast
The mobster from Russia and a merc in his own right, KGBeast is one of the deadliest assassins in the game. Armed with multiple weapons including firearms that are attached to his arms, it's rare for one of KGBeast's bounties to actually be brought back alive.
Merciless and reckless, there's no stopping this beast once he gets rolling. He has shown great loyalty to those he trusts and his brothers in the crime circles he operates in, but will happily bring any of them in for the right price. His duty is what drives him.
